Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Time Frame
Returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of receiving return approval. Items returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via cash.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include clear photos of the damage and packaging for our review. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as used gear, personalized items, or clearance products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
